The testing machine of earth pressure balance shield machine main bearing used in the national "863" project was independently researched & developed by LYC on November 18, which has provided key experimental data for further improving the products designing & processing.
With the increasing requirment of shield machine main bearings localization, the testing of shield main bearings has also become more and more urgent. The testing machine of earth pressure balance shield machine main bearing developed by the Technology Center of Euiqpment Insititute could test bearing's starting friction torque & rotating friction torque and the current value during its running, it also could test the temperature & vibration situation when bearing is operating. Meanwhile the test data could provide important reference for researching & developing new products, which would significantly improve the products reliability, reduce the experimental level gap of the large slewing bearing between China and the foreign countries. Besides, the test data also could enhance the products level, increase the market share of domestic products.
